Multivista Spain is a construction services company with a broad portfolio of technological solutions focused on documenting and digitizing processes related to the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure. The primary sales focus will be on construction documentation services, including: ~ 360° Photography ~ 3D Laser Scanning ~ Video Documentation ~3D Virtual Tours ~ Therefore, sales will be consultative, targeting various stakeholders in the construction industry across sectors such as Healthcare, Urban Infrastructure, Education, Transportation, and Energy, among others. The position requires prior sales experience in the Spanish construction industry, and any existing network of contacts will be considered an asset. Proficiency in English is required, and strong communication skills will be highly valued. While the position allows for remote work, it is required to be based in Madrid or Barcelona. General Objectives Understand and adapt to the general business guidelines and sales objectives. Work with the sales management team to define goals and objectives and strive to achieve them. Develop sales opportunities through phone calls, online channels (LinkedIn, email, etc.), Seek new business contacts and leverage existing contacts to achieve sales targets. Work in coordination with marketing to develop specific materials that facilitate the sale of the solutions offered. Report results in relation to established objectives and develop periodic sales forecasts. Proven experience in positions similar to sales representative or manager in the construction, architecture, engineering, or building and infrastructure maintenance industry in Spain. Existing network of contacts. Experience in analyzing KPIs and other sales performance indicators. Experience using sales systems (CRM). Availability for sales travel as required. Knowledge of the market, suppliers, competitors, and key players in the Spanish construction industry. Skills and prior experience working with CRM systems, including performance indicators, sales, and business analytics. Experience using digital sales platforms; Preferably related to sales, marketing, or architecture, engineering, and/or construction. At least 5 years of proven sales experience. Experience using computer tools (Microsoft, CRM, etc.). English proficiency. Full-time commitment Work from home with occasional visits to the main office and meetings with clients. Sales commission.
