An established labor, tax, and accounting consultancy based in Alcúdia is looking for an organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join their local team. In this versatile role, you will support daily office operations, handle client communications, and assist with accounting, labor, and tax management duties. /p h3Your key responsibilities in this role will include: /h3 ul liProviding direct in-person and telephone customer service to freelancers, self-employed individuals, and business clients. /li liReceiving, reviewing, classifying, and organizing client invoices and accounting documentation. /li liEntering basic accounting entries into the specialized office software. /li liAssisting the labor department with contract gathering, payroll incidents, and Social Security registrations or cancellations. /li liDownloading, checking, and managing daily electronic notifications from the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT), Social Security, and other public bodies. /li liCollaborating on the preparation of drafts for quarterly and annual tax returns, including VAT (IVA) and personal income tax (IRPF). /li liDigitizing, organizing, and maintaining up-to-date client files and archives. /li liManaging external errands and handling necessary in-person administrative procedures with local public offices when required. /li /ul h3What you need to bring: /h3 ul liIntermediate Vocational Training qualification (Cicle Formatiu de Grau Mitjà or equivalent educational level). /li liStrong organizational talent, reliability, and precision when managing financial and administrative documents. /li liA professional and welcoming demeanor for direct customer care, both over the phone and face-to-face. /li liAbility to work effectively within a structured team environment in Alcúdia. /li /ul h3What the position offers: /h3 ul liA permanent contract (contrato indefinido) offering long-term job stability in Mallorca. /li liPart-time working schedule from Monday to Friday, working from 08:00 to 14:00, allowing for a great work-life balance. /li liGross annual salary of €12,820.50, based on the collective bargaining agreement with extra payments included. /li liPlanned start date on July 29, 2026. /li /ul pNivel académico: Cicle formatiu de formació professional de grau mitjà; Permiso de conducir: No indicado; Experiencia (meses): No indicado; Idiomas: No indicado; Informática: No indicado; Otros requisitos: No indicado /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
