Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control. Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments. Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Ensure good communication within the department and with other departments to ensure professional, error-free service. Follow up of glitches in case of guest complaints or negative comments and ensure full closure of this, to the guest's satisfaction. What you bring: Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, client relations, or reservations in a luxury environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure. Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OpenTable, Opera, and CRM tools; familiarity with 3CPortal, BirchStreet, and La Fourchette is a plus.
