After a careful restoration, Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, is hosting 200 guestrooms including 39 suites, 2 restaurants and bars including an expansive roof terrace, a cutting-edge Spa, stylish function spaces and luxury retail. The Role of Bell Attendant: Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Bell Attendant to join our team. The Bell Attendant is an integral part of the Guest Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start. The Bell Attendant is stationed at the bell stand outside the hotel and greets each guest by name upon arrival and departure. The Bell Attendant transports luggage to the guest room for arrivals and transports luggage for departing guests to the hotel entrance or into temporary storage. The Bell Attendant is also in charge of park guest car. The Bell Attendant also provides arriving guests with a hotel orientation. Greets guests and escorts them to their rooms. Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive. Maintains proper records of deliveries and pick-ups. Park guest car with a maximum level of care. IT IS MANDATORY TO HAVE CAR LICENCE Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Greets all guest passing through lobby and offers them assistance. Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Performs shoeshine service; picking up shoes from guest room, cleaning and polishing them and returning them to the guest. Performs errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off of the hotel property. Provides a high level of cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage room. Assists guests at the Concierge Desk. Assisst with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Door Staff. Our ideal Bell Attendant: As an ambassador of Four Seasons, our ideal Bell Attendant should represent the brand through excellent grooming, a positive attitude and a warm welcoming smile. Strong interpersonal skills are paramount, as well as the ability to multitask, attention to detail and solve problems. Physical by nature this position requires the ability to lift and push at least 30 Kgs. The ideal candidate will have knowledge about the local area. Applicants are required to have one year of experience in a Bell Attendant position. It is required to have driver license. Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.     Se busca Técnico/a de Mantenimiento para integrarse de forma inmediata al equipo de KVA Servicios para la sede principal de nuestro cliente en Madrid, realizando mantenimiento en instalaciones de oficinas y en un Centro de Proceso de Datos (CPD). Puesto presencial, a jornada completa y con contrato indefinido. Responsabilidades: • Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de instalaciones electromecánicas y de domótica., • Supervisión, control y operación de sistemas BMS (Building Management System)., • Mantenimiento de sistemas electrónicos y de control asociados al CPD (climatización de precisión, SAI/UPS, grupos electrógenos, cuadros eléctricos, etc.)., • Diagnóstico y resolución de incidencias en tiempo real., • Registro de intervenciones y cumplimiento de los procedimientos técnicos., • Colaboración con el equipo para asegurar la continuidad operativa del CPD y de las oficinas., • Requisitos, • Conocimientos sólidos con formación y/o experiencia en electromecánica, domótica, electrónica, sistemas de control BMS, climatización, etc., • Persona responsable, organizada y orientada a la resolución de problemas., • Disponibilidad para incorporación inmediata., • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo procedimientos establecidos., • Disponibilidad para estar ‘on call’ y atender incidencias fuera del horario habitual si fuese necesario.
