Now we’re looking for a Junior/Mid Frontend Developer (gn) to join our dev team and shape user experiences seen by thousands of customers. ⸻ Your mission 🎯 Your mission is to ensure reliable, accurate, and future-proof affiliate tracking across all partner integrations. You will be the technical backbone behind our performance data—building, maintaining, and improving tracking setups that advertisers and partners can trust. By combining technical precision with a deep understanding of attribution, e-commerce flows, and privacy requirements, you help maximize campaign performance while keeping our tracking GDPR-compliant and resilient to browser and platform changes. Through close collaboration with account managers, advertisers, and developers, you actively contribute to the evolution of our in-house tracking solution and set new standards for tracking quality and transparency. ⸻ Your responsibilities 🛠 • Implementing, testing & maintaining affiliate tracking integrations (Awin, Adcell, custom scripts), • Working with and extending our own in-house tracking solution, • Integrating tracking pixels, postbacks & conversion events across different platforms, • Adapting integrations for various e-commerce systems (Shopify, OpenCart, WooCommerce, custom shops), • Debugging tracking issues (missing sales, wrong attribution, duplicated conversions), • Collaborating with account managers, advertisers & developers to improve tracking quality, • Ensuring GDPR-compliant tracking implementations (cookies, consent, CMPs), • Documenting integrations, best practices & internal tooling Your profile ✅ • 1+ year experience in affiliate marketing integrations, tracking or web analytics, • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS & JavaScript (reading & modifying frontend code), • Hands-on experience with tracking scripts, pixels, postbacks & GTM, • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, OpenCart, WooCommerce or similar), • Basic understanding of checkout flows, order confirmations & data layers, • Experience debugging with browser dev tools (Network, Console, Cookies, LocalStorage), • Understanding of cookie lifetimes, attribution windows & cross-domain tracking, • Curiosity & willingness to continuously learn and evaluate new tools & approaches, • Very good English skills (C1+) – German is a plus, not a must, • Experience with affiliate networks (Awin, Adcell, CJ, Impact, TradeTracker), • Basic PHP knowledge (Shopify Liquid, OpenCart, WooCommerce templates), • Experience with server-side tracking / postback URLs, • Knowledge of GA4, Meta/Google Conversion APIs, GTM Server-Side, • Understanding of GDPR, CMPs (Cookiebot, OneTrust, etc.), • Experience working with in-house tools / internal platforms What we offer 💡 • 🧠 Ownership from day one – your code goes live fast, • 🌍 Permanent on-site position in Palma – modern office, central location, • 📚 Work with a motivated, international team on real projects, • ☕ Free coffee, drinks & fresh fruit, • 🎉 Regular team events, • 🗣 Language courses at Escuela Oficial de Idiomas 👉 Ready for your Next Level? We are seeking a German-speaking Contracting Manager to join our Global Contracting Team, focusing on the Germany and Scandinavian markets (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland). This is a remote position based in Mallorca. The role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in the hotel and travel sector who want to leverage their market knowledge and local network to strengthen Yanolja Go Global’s presence in these key regions. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with hotels across Germany and Scandinavia., • Negotiate and finalise contracts in line with company standards, commercial targets, and legal guidelines., • Identify new hotel partners and expand portfolio coverage in key destinations., • Monitor supplier performance, ensuring competitive rates, availability, and promotions., • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, and Marketing) to ensure operational excellence., • Represent Yanolja Go Global at trade fairs, workshops, and industry networking events when required. Requirements • Based in Spain (preferably Mallorca)., • Fluency in German and fluent English is essential., • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hotel Contracting Manager or similar B2B role in the travel industry., • Strong commercial acumen and proven negotiation skills., • Excellent relationship-building abilities and a proactive, results-driven mindset., • Solid understanding of the DACH and Scandinavian hotel markets., • Ability to work independently and travel when needed. Preferred Skills & Experience • Experience working with both independent hotels and international chains., • Knowledge of travel industry distribution models (bedbanks, OTAs, wholesalers)., • Familiarity with rate management, seasonal pricing, and market trends., • Established network within the hotel and tourism sector. Collect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements while ensuring the company’s commission policy is in place. Manage client relationships and ensure proactive communication with them. Deal with allocated clients from initial contact until completion and post-completion of the deals. Keep our CRM updated with clients’ requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and in line with commercial requirements and activity. In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal and financial concepts and processes. Advanced level of English, Spanish & Italian Professional presence, excellent communication & negotiation skills, self-motivation and drive to achieve top results. Financially and results-oriented, able to work in an international team. Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Organized, prepared to work flexible hours and a hands-on person.
