We are an official partner of Marriott International, advertising our premium properties on their platform, Homes & Villas by Marriott. Job Location: Cannes, France What will you be doing? Deliver flawless guest reception, smooth communication management, and operational coordination (check-ins, housekeeping, laundry, deliveries) to ensure a premium guest experience in our short- and mid-term rental apartments. Key Responsibilities · Welcome and assist guests during in-person check-ins with professional, warm service. · Handle and route calls, emails, and Hostaway messages (inbox), and manage direct guest requests. · Plan and monitor housekeeping schedules, organize linen orders, and manage laundry rotations. · Manage incoming and outgoing parcels and deliveries. · Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office space. · Provide general administrative support to the team (tracking sheets, client files, memos). · Coordinate simple technical interventions (minor troubleshooting, opening for contractors). · Inspect apartments before guest arrivals (checklists, welcome kits, consumable stocks). · Update Hostaway and/or internal tools (task status, booking notes, guest ETA). · Contribute to preventing recurring issues by reporting areas for improvement. Profile & Required Skills · Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities. · Solid organizational and multitasking skills; ability to remain calm under pressure. · Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office tools. · Professional presentation and strong customer service mindset. · French and English on a professional level; a third language is an asset. · Comfortable with hospitality software (Hostaway or equivalent PMS/Channel Manager). · Operational rigor (adherence to SOPs/checklists) and keen attention to detail. · Knowledge of premium rental standards (cleanliness, maintenance, set-up). · Driver’s license (Category B) appreciated for occasional travel between apartments.
