Bizzdesign is looking for a highly skilled Control Systems and Cybersecurity Assistant to join our international IT and Security team. In this role, you will support the design, monitoring, and protection of our enterprise control systems while ensuring compliance with the highest cybersecurity standards across our global operations. The Role – What You’ll Do As a Control Systems and Cybersecurity Assistant, you will be at the forefront of securing Bizzdesign’s critical operational infrastructure. You will assist in monitoring, maintaining, and improving control systems while implementing advanced cybersecurity protocols. Your work will directly support global business continuity and protect sensitive enterprise data. Your main responsibilities will include: • Assisting in the design, deployment, and maintenance of industrial and enterprise control systems, • Monitoring control systems and IT networks for anomalies and potential security threats, • Performing vulnerability assessments and penetration testing under supervision, • Supporting the implementation of advanced cybersecurity measures and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443), • Maintaining detailed documentation of control systems architecture, security configurations, and incident reports, • Collaborating with IT, DevOps, and R&D teams to remediate security risks and optimize system performance, • Ensuring integration of security policies across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid infrastructure, • Assisting in the development and delivery of employee cybersecurity awareness programs About You – What You Bring • Master’s degree or equivalent in Control Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, Industrial Automation, or related field, • 5+ years of experience in control systems engineering, IT security, or industrial cybersecurity environments, • Professional proficiency in English, French, and German (verbal and written), • Advanced knowledge of SCADA, DCS, PLC systems, and industrial control protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, Profibus, EtherNet/IP), • Hands-on experience with cybersecurity frameworks, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM solutions, and network monitoring, • Experience in vulnerability scanning, threat modeling, and penetration testing, • Familiarity with cloud security architectures and hybrid deployments (AWS, Azure), • Strong scripting or programming skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell), • Experience with compliance and regulatory standards such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, IEC 62443, • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global cross-functional teams This is a highly specialized role designed for professionals at the intersection of control systems engineering and cybersecurity, who thrive in fast-paced, global environments and can handle complex technical challenges.
