Due to our constant growth, we are looking for an SPS Coordinator (Safety, Health, and Security) to support one of our strategic projects involving the redesign of production facilities to accommodate new production lines. Project Context As part of a production facility redesign project, the SPS Coordinator will support activities related to Safety, Health, and Security in accordance with Annexes 4 and 5. The scope of responsibility may slightly evolve throughout the project, depending on operational needs. You will be responsible for • Coordinating and overseeing Safety, Health, and Security (SPS) activities within the assigned project area, • Ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations, internal company procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), • Supporting safe execution of construction and modification activities related to new production lines, • Monitoring and promoting adherence to SPS standards by all personnel involved in the project, • Ensuring strict confidentiality of all technical, commercial, and economic information related to GWP Evreux, • Ensuring that all staff under your coordination comply with confidentiality and data protection requirements, • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and project teams to address SPS-related risks and improvements About you • Proven experience in Safety, Health, and Security coordination, preferably in pharmaceutical or regulated industrial environments, • Solid knowledge of GMP requirements and applicable HSE regulations, • Experience supporting facility redesign, construction, or production line implementation projects, • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to adapt to evolving project scopes, • High level of integrity and discretion, with a strong commitment to confidentiality, • Ability to work independently in a part-time project-based role, • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Duration & Time Commitment • Project duration: February 2026 – December 2026, • Engagement: Part-time (approximately 2 days per week), • Workload may vary during the project depending on evolving requirements Next Steps Upon receiving your application, if a match is found, the Recruiting Department will contact you for an initial HR interview.
