Our mission covers benefit account management, payment instruments management and their acceptance, the processing of transactions and their settlement / clearing. Lead Product Managers in the Global Payment Tribe are responsible for a specific part of the payment value chain. As Lead Product Manager for the payment activation, you will be in the middle of the value chain, responsible for building the global payment instrument catalogue and the acceptance of those payment instruments. From ApplePay to QR codes, the world of payment instrument is wide and has a strong dependency with the model in which we operate with merchants (3C or 4C). You will act as a change agent in transforming legacy payment activation and merchant acceptance models into a token-centric, partner-agnostic global architecture. You will drive the evolution of payment capabilities aligned with Pluxee’s ambition to become a global issuer, supporting secure, flexible, and scalable acceptance solutions. 📌 Key Responsabilities: As a lead Product Manager, you shape the Pluxee payment experience by working closely with local (country) and global experts (product, engineering, business domains). You convert the global strategy into actionable roadmaps with the support of Product Managers and Business Analysts. As part of the Global Payment Tribe, you will design global payment solutions adaptable for local implementation. This requires balancing abstraction and local execution to ensure effective delivery. The main responsibilities of the position will include, but are not restricted to, the following: • Translate the payment strategy into actionable initiatives,, • Maintain and prioritize the backlog to maximize user value., • Write clear user stories and prepare sprints with well-defined criteria., • Manage change requests (enhancements, new features) and ensure smooth adoption., • Standardize and document processes to ensure efficient execution., • Create dashboards to track performance and improve visibility., • Facilitate communication between business, product, and tech teams., • Act as the main point of contact for product-related questions and priorities., • Drive the evolution of tokenized, virtual, and alternative payment instruments, • Improve system stability and system resilience, integrating learnings into roadmap planning., • Own and monitor key product and business KPIs, • Ensure compliance and quality in all developments by leading cross-functional governance, • Support adherence to EMV, PCI-DSS, and local compliance standards, • Support wallet integration and token provisioning across major schemes and providers. 📌 Role & expectations: Expectations as to the role is that you will: • Lead the change; you come with a passion for product & payment systems, and a capability to engage, structure and execute continuous improvement, • Develop a deep understanding of the payment transaction lifecycle, from issuing to settlement, payment partners or solution providers, etc., • Establish and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support our ambitions of growth, • You are the Owner of the functional scope - Not owner of the technical implementation. You Capture and formalize business requirements in functional specifications & payment flows, document the payment service catalogue, • A sharp understanding of business models and how to align product architecture with commercial outcomes., • The ability to challenge legacy paradigms and shape future-looking payment acceptance strategies. 🌟 You're a match: You are a product leader with strong business acumen and deep experience in payments. You bring: • Proven experience in payment product management, particularly in payment activation, acceptance, issuing, or acquiring., • Deep understanding of card and alternative payment networks, tokenization, digital wallets, and merchant acceptance flows., • Strong strategic mindset, with the ability to lead transformation programs across multiple markets., • Comfort operating with ambiguity, setting direction while ensuring short-term delivery., • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across diverse stakeholders (tech, ops, compliance, business)., • Product & Agile Mastery with strong experience in product management, backlog ownership, and Agile methodologies (SAFe/Scrum)., • Project Leadership with proven ability to lead cross-functional, international payment projects with a PMO focus., • Strategic & Analytical Thinking with strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making, • Team Management: Experience leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. 📍 Working Conditions: Hybrid: on site (Issy-Les-Moulineaux) and work from home ☀️Happy at work: 1.
