Vice President, Finance & Accounting – Hospitality Industry | Overview - Relocation Available A leading hospitality organization is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Finance & Accounting to lead its financial strategy, governance, and reporting. Based near Niece, this executive will drive financial transformation, establish best-in-class internal controls, and support the company’s continued growth across international markets. Key Responsibilities • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance., • Develop and implement strong internal controls, policies, and process improvements to ensure compliance and transparency., • Lead M&A financial due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition integration., • Manage accounting system and ERP implementations, ensuring scalability and efficiency across global operations., • Partner with executive leadership to deliver strategic financial insights supporting long-term planning and decision-making., • Lead and mentor finance teams to build a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration., • Recognized European accounting qualification, such as ACCA, ACA (ICAEW), Chartered Accountant (UK/Ireland), Expert-Comptable (France), Wirtschaftsprüfer (Germany), or an equivalent designation to the U.S. CPA., • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; MBA or Master’s degree preferred., • Public/private mix experience required, ideally beginning in a Big 4 or top-tier audit firm, followed by progressive corporate finance roles., • Demonstrated experience developing internal controls, financial processes, and governance frameworks., • Proven track record in M&A, financial integration, and systems implementation., • Familiarity with U.S. GAAP (in addition to IFRS) is a plus., • Background in the hospitality industry is preferred., • Strong leadership, communication, and executive presence., • Must be eligible to work in the European Union or hold EU citizenship.
