What you'll be doing: The Hygiene Supervisor is the “Specialist” on Food Safety working with Regional Hygiene Manager, and ground teams to drive Food Safety Management System (FSMS) understanding and implementation of initiatives. • A self-driven person that will develop an enterprise wide FSMS strategy., • Execution of task with deep understanding of FSMS matters., • Creating a collaborative environment where the full diversity of FSMS are shared and embraced by all team members globally in particular Culinary and Food & Beverage. Note: Please attach your Resume in English JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Closely liaise with all support departments and implement the SOPs by mentoring, training, and evaluating the colleagues, • Lead internal and coordinate external audits to ensure highest scores, • Responsible to establish audit requirements to ensure compliance with HACCP, • Lead risk assessment, gap analysis and Risk management, • Ownership of Hygiene Operating Manual and other relevant documentation., • Responsible for the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) programs, • Build a positive Food Safety, Health, and Hygiene culture in the business units, • Identify and analyses potential hazards and risk areas using ISO 22000 or HACCP methodology, • Act as a liaison and advisor with relevant departments and external parties where necessary, • Support relevant sites with HACCP accreditation, • Streamline training requirements including visitation audits., • Understanding of stakeholder management and risk management., • Assist and develops corrective actions and compliance by working with business units as necessary, • Work on development of materials, learning aids & ensuring training is recorded per L&D standards., • Prepare documentation to support quality audits for ISO or HACCP, • Identify and report structural deficiencies in the food operation related to food safety and Hygiene, • Manage and maintain an effective pest management system., • Investigate and resolve food safety complaints effectively to minimize compensation, wastage, and reputational loss., • Coordinate preventive maintenance with facilities management to reduce emergency repairs and equipment downtime., • Optimize usage of cleaning chemicals, and consumables to control hygiene-related operational costs., • Drive continuous improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives focused on hygiene operations and resource optimization. JOB REQUIREMENTS : • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in food safety, hygiene, or quality assurance roles., • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field., • Basic understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety principles is preferred., • Willingness to learn/develop knowledge about food safety and hygiene management systems., • Understanding of HACCP, with experience from implementation to execution., • Good attention to detail and observation skills., • Skilled in delivering online training, on-the-job training, and coaching., • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives., • Fluency in spoken and written French and English., • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with strong analytical and data-driven skills., • Demonstrates ability to set clear directions and goals, plans and organizes work effectively, and maintains open two-way communication with colleagues., • Must have the right to work in France (visa/citizenship/residence permit).
