Job Scope: The Food & Beverage Supervisor oversees daily F&B operations within the lounge, ensuring smooth service delivery, high food quality, hygiene compliance, and excellent guest experience. This role supervises frontline staff and supports management in maintaining operational standards in a fast-paced airport environment. Job Descriptions: 1. Daily Operations & Service • Supervise daily food and beverage service to ensure efficiency and service excellence., • Ensure compliance with Plaza Premium Lounge SOPs and service standards., • Monitor buffet setup, replenishment, presentation, and cleanliness., • Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly. 2. Team Supervision & Support • Supervise, guide, and motivate service, bar, and kitchen staff during shifts., • Allocate duties, manage break schedules, and ensure adequate shift coverage., • Provide on-the-job training and coaching to team members., • Report staff performance, attendance, and discipline issues to management. 3. Food Safety, Hygiene & Compliance • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards., • Enforce health, safety, and airport security regulations., • Ensure proper food handling, storage, and labeling., • Support audits, inspections, and corrective actions. 4. Inventory & Cost Control • Assist with stock control, ordering, and receiving of F&B supplies., • Monitor wastage, breakage, and portion control., • Support monthly stock takes and inventory checks. 5. Reporting & Coordination • Prepare shift reports, incident reports, and handover notes., • Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and lounge teams., • Support management with operational improvements and special tasks. Job Requirements: Education • Minimum 2–4 years of F&B experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role., • Strong leadership and communication skills., • Good understanding of F&B service standards and food safety., • Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment., • Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.
