Learn more about who we are and what we do: https://corporate.jd.com/ About The Role We are looking for an experienced Reverse Operations Manager to build and manage return inspection capabilities for high-value consumer electronics across Europe, with an initial focus on the UK and Germany What you will do • Lead the planning, implementation, and daily management of return inspection operations across European markets, • Develop inspection standards, SOPs, grading rules, and exception/fraud identification mechanisms for high-value products, • Plan and manage inspection teams, testing equipment, and third-party service providers, including performance evaluation, • Establish operational metrics and data reporting systems to continuously improve inspection quality and efficiency, • Plan the development of inspection and refurbishment centres in Europe based on business growth and operational needs About you • 2+ years of experience in consumer electronics, reverse logistics, after-sales operations, quality inspection, repair, or refurbishment, • Hands-on experience with smartphones, computers, small appliances, or other 3C products is highly preferred, • Proven experience building inspection or quality-control processes from the ground up, or managing complex operational projects, • Strong understanding of product inspection, fault identification, condition grading, and exception handling, • Knowledge of the European repair, refurbished electronics, and second-hand markets, • Familiarity with repair and refurbishment supply chains in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, or other European markets is a strong advantage, • Strong data analysis, process design, problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, • Willingness to travel across Europe as required, • Professional proficiency in English; Chinese language skills are preferred What We Offer Joining JD.com means becoming part of a company where people, innovation, and impact go hand in hand.
