Job Title: 3D Modeling & Data Administrator Location: Paris, France Employment Type: Long Term Contract Client: Operator About You You’re an experienced 3D modeling and data management professional with a strong background in AVEVA E3D and related engineering solutions. You’re detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in environments where precision and collaboration are key. With expertise in programming and PLM tools, you enjoy solving technical challenges, supporting users, and driving the adoption of digital engineering solutions. About the Role In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the optimal use of AVEVA solutions within engineering projects. You’ll oversee the administration of 3D models, databases, and user environments, while supporting project teams in the deployment and continuous improvement of digital engineering tools. Key responsibilities include: • Managing users, rights, databases, and document outputs (REVIEW, ISODRAFT, DRAW, etc.), • Participating in the implementation and monitoring of AVEVA E3D projects and associated modules, • Defining tool specifications to meet project requirements and issuing procedures for E3D usage, • Coordinating with IT for system architecture, license management, and incident tracking, • Supporting digital transformation initiatives (Engineering 4.0), • Developing macros, scripts, and new features (PML, Python, C#) to improve workflows, • Providing training, technical support, and methodology updates for E3D users, • Preparing and participating in model reviews, clash detections, and quality checks, • Managing data exchanges, archiving libraries, and ensuring compliance with standards What We’re Looking For • Programming Skills (PML, Python, C#): Confirmed, • AVEVA Environment (Aveva Connect, Unified Engineering, ISM, E3D, etc.): Expert, • Aras PLM: Advanced, • 3D Model Administration: Expert, • Engineering Background: Expert, • Languages: Fluent in English (French a plus), • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to support multidisciplinary teams, • Excellent communication skills with a focus on collaboration and knowledge-sharing About the Client Our client is a global energy operator involved in producing and marketing energy across more than 130 countries.
