Saft's ESS division strengthens the company's ability to serve the global energy storage market and support the transition to renewable energies. We are looking for an ESS Marketing Specialist, based in Levallois-Perret, Île-de-France, France. Your missions Strategy • Develop and implement ESS worldwide marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand awareness, support sales teams and increase market share. Responsible for overall planning, execution and follow-up, including budget and financials., • Work with internal stakeholders (Corporate Communications, Sales, Product Management, Engineering, ESG, Governmental Affairs, Finance, Legal) and external stakeholders (agencies, services suppliers) to operationalize the plan. Content Creation • Define global positioning and distinctive identity of Saft ESS versus competition., • Product Promotion: define content and messaging and create / update communication tools (graphics, video, online tools, customer documentation, mockups)., • Saft track record: update and publish reference list, promotion deck and online tools (reference projects on google earth)., • Create ESS related content, or support content creation, to promote Saft ESS competencies: market positioning, technical topics, ESG related topics, project execution. Events • Overall planning and coordination of events (shows, conferences, webinars, customer events) worldwide. It's 10-15 shows & conferences, up to 2 webinars / year., • Steer execution of shows by Corporate Communications: define positioning, products, messaging, promotion, etc., • Coordinate participation in conferences (sponsoring, speaking slots, Saft speakers) and represent Saft ESS in some of them in person., • Ensure post-event follow-up Media • Digital Marketing: responsible for content creation, organization and follow-up of social media, digital newsletters and website, including lead generation,, • Initiate and steer publication of ESS press releases and other media content. Support Corporate Communications with ESS content., • Build and maintain relationships with key media as well as industry and policy influencers. KPI’s • Existence of comprehensive strategy, action plans and planning tools, • Number of quality of executed shows, conferences, other events., • Existence and quality of sales communication tools., • Number of social media / other media publications, impressions/engagements. Your profile • Education Graduated from Business School or B2B Marketing Schools or equivalent., • 10 years in industry-related sales, marketing & external communication activity in an international environment., • Fluent English and French. High level of oral and written communication skills based on international practise. Additional language(s) is a plus., • Strong communication and transversal management skills., • Able to travel at least 10% of the time. Frequent travel in Europe, occasionally overseas., • Knowledge of the energy / renewables / ESS markets is a plus.
