As part of a 6-month internship, you will join a high-impact project team working directly with one of our international aviation customers and contribute to the deployment and enhancement of advanced software solutions in aerospace environments. Your Role : • Collaborate closely with the R&D team to define, document, and sponsor new feature enhancements from prioritization through to customer validation and acceptance., • Translate operational customer needs into detailed functional specifications, ensuring alignment between aviation requirements and software development., • Support customers in resolving issues and managing requests through our ticket management system., • Analyze customer workflows and operational constraints to identify optimization opportunities where Fieldlogs can generate measurable added value., • Ensure accurate digitization of customer data in compliance with software standards and aerospace process best practices., • Participate actively in daily and weekly project management meetings, contributing to delivery tracking and coordination., • Continuously develop expertise in newly deployed features and advanced capabilities of our rapidly evolving solution., • Design and produce high-quality online training materials, including user guides and instructional screencasts. Your Qualifications : • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or related scientific field (including 3rd year French “Grande Écoles”)., • Excellent command of English (company working language)., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical environments., • Genuine interest in aviation, aerospace systems, and digital transformation in regulated industries., • Comfortable working in international and cross-functional settings., • Autonomous, proactive, and eager to grow in advanced technology environments., • Exposure to MRO, Technical Data (AMM, ESM, etc.), Part CAMO or Part 145 is a plus., • Knowledge of software development, web/app environments, or scripting languages (Python, HTML, JavaScript, Freemarker, iText) is a plus. A training experience in the United States (internship, a semester in a university, or a diploma) will set you apart.
