Project description Company TransPerfect Language & Cultural Training is part of the TransPerfect solutions, the world's largest language service and technology solutions provider for global businesses with offices in more than 100 cities around the globe. Position details TransPerfect is currently looking for English language trainers to join our team of language training professionals. As an English language trainer with TransPerfect, you will deliver language classes to our clients from a variety of sectors and cultural backgrounds. Responsibilities Main Objectives Prepare lesson plans and deliver effective training Be prepared to develop complementary course materials to meet learners' needs Assess language levels Create language content Engage learners in the learning process and keep motivation levels high Monitor progress and evaluate learners'; performance throughout the course Apply TransPerfect's teaching methodology and be prepared to adjust lessons to different culturally-based learning styles Take part in TransPerfect's Language Trainer development plans and additional training Education and Experience Native or native proficiency in English Bachelor degree or equivalent Minimum of 3 years' experience teaching English Preferred Skills Knowledge of the corporate business environment Knowledge of a second language Details Location: Paris Program Dates: December 2025 Contract: Freelance (The current position is only open to candidates with a valid NDA in France)
