About the Role The Office Manager is the central pillar ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company. The person will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily administrative operations, the office environment, team support, and some financial processes, ensuring the office is a professional, organized, positive, and productive workplace. The person must possess excellent organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills, and act as a liaison connecting various departments. Responsibilities Office Operations & Administration Manage daily office activities, including mail, supplies, equipment, and maintenance. Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency. Oversee office budgets, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Facility & Vendor Management Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, security, and cleaning services. Liaise with landlords, vendors, and service providers (IT, utilities, catering, etc.). Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Team Support & Coordination Provide administrative support to staff and management, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. Supervise administrative staff, assign tasks, and support their professional development. Foster a positive and collaborative office culture. Communication & Documentation Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external office-related inquiries. Manage office correspondence, records, and confidential files. Prepare reports, presentations, and announcements as needed. Event & Meeting Management Organize internal and external meetings, conferences, and company events. Coordinate logistics, catering, equipment, and materials for events.
