Key Account Manager B2B COMMERCIAL Key Account Manager B2B – Italian / Spanish (M/F) Our client specializes in the sale of refurbished medical endoscopes. As part of its expansion, we are recruiting a B2B Key Account Manager, reporting to the Sales Director, to develop Latin markets. You will operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment that requires anticipation, efficiency, and strong commitment. The role is available to start immediately. Your Mission You will play a strategic role in our clients commercial development. You will manage a key account portfolio already generating more than €2M in revenue, with strong growth potential across international particularly Latin markets. Your mission is to build long-term, proactive, and solid relationships with our partners while developing new business opportunities. Main Responsibilities • Secure and grow revenue within your account portfolio, • Manage international client requests via WhatsApp, phone, and email, • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and configurations of endoscopes and systems, • Check equipment availability in stock and coordinate priorities, • Develop your assigned geographical area, • Work closely with Back Office and Logistics teams, • Provide structured and accurate reporting to Management Your Profile • 5+ years of experience in a commercial/sales role, • Master’s degree (Bac+5 or equivalent), • Full professional fluency in Italian and Spanish, • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, • Proficient with Microsoft Office; Salesforce is a plus, • Strong sense of responsibility and good stress management, • “Hunter” mindset: results-driven, persistent, and motivated by growth Our Offer • Unlimited compensation: negotiable base salary + 2% commission on margin, uncapped, • Executive-level contract (forfait jours equivalent), • Flexible hybrid working (remote and in-office), with presence at the Paris office expected as needed., • 2 stage client interview process, • Strong international exposure, especially through trade fairs, • A stimulating environment where initiative, commitment, and progression are valued Our DNA Our client is built on five core values: Results, Growth, Awareness, Transparency, and Determination.
