We are looking for strategic and execution-focused Corporate Strategy Manager responsible for leading strategic projects and notably helping improve effectiveness across the organization. 📌 Key Responsabilities: Lead complex strategic projects: • Frame project seeking alignment with: • Pluxee strategic objectives, • Regulatory framework, • Opportunities and risks in market environment, • Improvement priorities (processes, operations, organization, etc.), • Build/analyze/evaluate financial models, business cases, business plans and scenarios as needed,, • Coordinate cross-functional teams and create adequate work plans,, • Ensure programmatic execution with disciplined tracking of projects deliverables and expected outcomes. Support the discussions on Pluxee strategy evolution: • Track, analyze and share global business trends and Pluxee competition trends to derive relevant insights,, • Prepare top-management presentations incl. documents for the Board of Pluxee and external investors. Initiate end-to-end mapping of strategic macro processes ensuring: • Transversal alignment with core Business Domains (Product, Commercial Engine, Finance, HR, IT, etc.),, • Identification of process improvement levers (including opportunities for standardization, enhanced sequencing, further collaboration, operational excellence, etc.),, • Definition of a transversal implementation roadmap,, • Contribution to the performance of the company through monitoring of strategic and operational KPIs. 🌟 You're a match: • 5+ years of experience in strategic projects, business improvement, process transformation, or operational strategy within a B2B organization., • Proven experience in process mapping, governance design, and cross-functional collaboration., • Strong understanding of how to embed change sustainably through structured methodologies and frameworks., • Track record of delivering measurable performance improvements using KPIs and analytics, including strong knowledge of business performance management and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), • Outstanding facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills., • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or similar is a plus)., • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification could be a plus, • Experience working alongside IT to design and implement system-supported processes is recommended 🔎 To get this challenge: • Video call with a Global Talent Acquisition Partner,, • In-person meeting / Video call with the Global VP Strategic Planning & Execution,, • In-person meeting / Video call with the Chief Strategy, Marketing & Sales Officer, and Chief Revenue Growth Officer for the US and UK,, • In-person meeting / Video call with the HR Business Partner. 📍 Working Conditions: Hybrid: on site (Issy-Les-Moulineaux) and work from home ☀️Happy at work: 1.
