We’re Hiring: Sales Leader Europe (MedTech / SaMD / Nuclear Medicine) Nuclear medicine is transforming medical imaging by enabling the non-invasive observation of biological processes within patients. Over the past two decades, PET-CT has become a cornerstone technology for cancer diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment evaluation. As adoption accelerates, examination volumes continue to rise sharply, creating a significant challenge for healthcare systems and physicians. At the same time, nuclear medicine faces a growing shortage of specialists, combined with increasing demands for precision, reproducibility, and efficiency in clinical decision-making. To address this, an innovative Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) has been developed to automate lesion detection, segmentation, and quantification in PET-CT imaging. The solution enables physicians to: • Save significant clinical time, • Improve measurement accuracy and reproducibility, • Reduce variability and errors, • Access new, high-value clinical indicators Already in clinical use across multiple European centres, the product is now entering a high-growth commercial phase. As part of this momentum, we are recruiting a Sales Leader Europe to accelerate international adoption and scale commercial impact. The Role: After initial market validation, this role will lead pan-European commercial growth outside the domestic market. You will own the European sales strategy for an innovative medical software solution in nuclear medicine, working closely with clinical stakeholders and internal teams. This is a senior, hands-on role requiring strong market understanding, credibility with physicians, and the ability to manage complex MedTech sales cycles. Key Responsibilities: International Business Development • Lead sales development across Europe, • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation, and closing, • Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, KOLs, and partners, • Navigate complex hospital and MedTech sales environments, including tenders Cross-Functional Collaboration • Support domestic sales teams on international opportunities and multi-country accounts, • Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams, • Contribute to structuring sales processes (CRM, pricing, offers, playbooks) International Representation • Represent the company at major international medical congresses, • Act as a credible, scientifically grounded commercial ambassador Objectives: • Drive revenue growth across European markets, • Expand the company’s clinical and commercial footprint, • Contribute to the long-term European sales roadmap Required Profile: Essential • Master’s degree (or equivalent), ideally in business, healthcare, or life sciences, • 4+ years’ experience in medical or MedTech sales, ideally selling innovative solutions to physicians, • Strong understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus, • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, • Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, dynamic environment Nice to Have • Experience with medical software, SaMD, AI, radiology, or nuclear medicine, • Pan-European sales experience or distributor management, • Existing network within European healthcare systems, • Additional languages (e.g. French, Spanish, Italian)
