Try out our technology here: ___. 🚀 Your Mission We are hiring a VP Sales HRTech to own and scale global revenue. You will define and execute the global go-to-market strategy, build a scalable sales engine, and drive predictable growth across Europe and international markets. You will operate at both strategic and operational levels, setting direction while directly influencing high-value enterprise opportunities and key strategic accounts. Your objective is to build a predictable and scalable revenue organization, accelerate international growth across priority markets, and position HrFlow.ai as a category-defining AI infrastructure platform within HR Tech. 👑 Responsibilities 1. Go-to-Market & Sales Strategy • Define and execute global sales strategy, • Prioritize European markets (Germany, France, UK, Italy), • Set targets, territories, and quotas, • Own forecasting, pipeline discipline, and CRM rigor 2. Enterprise Sales Leadership • Lead complex enterprise and corporate sales cycles, • Close high-value deals, including €1M+ contracts, • Drive executive-level negotiations, • Ensure structured, value-based selling 3. Team Build & Scaling • Manage and scale a team of 10+ sales professionals, • Develop future sales leaders, • Implement playbooks and structured reviews, • Build a culture of accountability and performance 4.
