We are looking for a driven HR Manager, to support our Tech and Digital Talent both at holding and group level. As an HR professional, you will be expected to provide a high-level HR support at the holding, but also to lead and support Talent development and projects at group level for the tech and digital populations. Responsibilities: At holding Level: • You partner with managers and business leaders to support organizational changes, succession planning, recruitments., • You coach managers on leadership, people management and team development., • You support employee’s talent management (career development, learning, retention, onboarding etc.)., • You lead HR processes especially annual ICR, performance management …, • You lead disciplinary matters., • You ensure HR policies and practices are well implemented and executed within your scope., • You Make sure our HR systems are constantly up to date, you analyze HR metrics and provide insights within your scope., • You produce documents and KPIs for our OMR Process, compile information, output and follow up., • You organize monthly Tech and Digital Talent rooms, in-person every quarter with the Group HR team., • You oversee the roll out of our Group HR processes within tech and digital functions, participate to workshops organized at group level to represent tech and digital HR (e.g. Career Compass, Talent Marketplace)., • You update our dashboards on KPIs and metrics to accurately support the entire tech and digital function within LVMH., • You support the team in producing presentations (e.g. during our Talent rooms)., • You follow all tech and digital Talents on mobility within the Group. Skills: • Significant previous experience as an HR generalist (5 years minimum)., • Strong project management and organizational skills., • Strong analytical skills, you master Powerpoint presentations., • You thrive within complex environments with multiple stakeholders., • Previous experience with tech and digital populations, but this is not mandatory if you are willing to learn., • You are a people-person: as an HR it is important that you have the best interest of the team and team members at heart., • Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
