English Path Young Learner Academy (EP YLA) represents an exciting expansion of our educational and experiential offer for under-18 students, combining academic excellence with cultural immersion, personal development, and safe residential experiences. We are currently seeking an English Path Young Learner Academy (YLA) Product and Operations Manager to join our team in Paris, France. The Role Itself This role leads the end-to-end delivery of EP YLA residential camps in France, ensuring a high-quality student experience while maintaining full operational compliance within the French ACM (Accueil Collectif de Mineurs) regulatory framework. You will: • Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of Young Learner programmes across academic, language, sport, and thematic experiences., • Manage the full ACM declaration cycle (SDJES/TAM), ensuring all required educational and operational documentation is accurate and compliant., • Produce and maintain “camp readiness packs” for each session, including plans, staffing, procedures, and audit evidence., • Ensure safe staffing structures, ratios, and qualification requirements are met and traceable., • Embed safeguarding, safety, and child protection procedures aligned with both French regulatory requirements and GEDU global standards., • Work collaboratively with marketing and recruitment teams to support programme promotion, market development, and international engagement., • Identify and manage locations, venues, and partners to deliver exceptional learning and residential environments., • Oversee supplier compliance, contracting, and operational readiness., • Manage budgets, negotiate with third-party providers, and ensure commercially successful programme delivery., • Lead and develop culturally diverse teams responsible for programme delivery and student experience., • Maintain inspection readiness through internal audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement processes. What We Are Expecting From You We are looking for a highly organised, student-focused operational leader who can balance programme excellence, regulatory compliance, and commercial delivery in a fast-moving international education environment. You will demonstrate: • A strong commitment to safeguarding, welfare, and inclusive student experiences., • The ability to manage complex operational logistics with precision and accountability., • Confidence working within regulatory frameworks and maintaining audit-ready compliance standards., • A collaborative approach to working across global teams, partners, and stakeholders., • Commercial awareness with the ability to deliver high-quality programmes within budget., • Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively in international and multicultural contexts. What Experience You Will Bring to the Role The successful candidate will have: • Experience delivering young learner courses or camps in residential and/or non-residential formats., • Proven involvement in programme promotion, recruitment, and operational delivery., • Specific experience managing younger learner camps or educational programmes in France., • A strong understanding of budgeting, resource planning, and operational management., • Experience working with accreditation or regulatory frameworks within education or young learner provision., • Demonstrated intercultural awareness and experience working across diverse environments., • Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills., • The ability to manage teams across jurisdictions and adapt to flexible working patterns, including evenings and weekends during delivery periods., • Business-level fluency in French and English., • A Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification, • A BAFD/BAFA qualification or equivalent essential Safeguarding Leadership As part of this role, you will act as Global Safeguarding Lead for English Path YLA, ensuring appropriate arrangements are in place to protect under-18 students and vulnerable individuals at all times. This includes implementing safeguarding policies, managing concerns and referrals, liaising with statutory agencies, maintaining confidential records, and ensuring staff are trained and supported to uphold the highest standards of care.
