YOUR ROLE We are seeking an experienced C&B Director to manage the whole of compensation & benefits and international mobility across Europe. The C&B Director ensures competitive, equitable and compliant CEVA total reward structures while partnering with business and HR strategy and ensuring engagement of employees WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? • Develop and maintain the C&B strategy for Europe, aligned with Regional HRBP business objectives, partnering with regional business Managers, following Global C&B policies and guidelines., • Work closely with finance on annual budgeting project, analyze variance and summarize budget recommendations for approval., • Stream annual salary reviews, performance bonus and incentive plan cycles by implementing global CEVA Reward strategy, conduct annual regional analysis (benchmark, grading, budget), train HR/Managers on CEVA Group Reward strategy., • Design Benefits programs using market data and provide recommendations for benefits. Oversee benefits administration and vendor relationships (pension, insurances)., • Conduct job evaluations and manage grading/classification frameworks. Maintain Global Job Family Framework and ensure internal alignment to Global Strategy among countries., • Manage international mobility package and support expatriation processes where relevant, • Approve packages, retention strategies, and awards as per CEVA Business Rules, • Prepare KPIs, costings, analysis and metrics for Europe, • Support in analyses of HR data, identify trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues and enhancement of employee engagement, • Build and develop education materials and communication strategies with relevant stakeholders to drive the regional compensation & benefits objectives WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Min. Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or any other related discipline, • Min. 10 years of relevant compensation & benefits experience., • Experience in applying Job Evaluation methodology, Bonus Plans and Compensation Planning, • Good knowledge of various European compensation and benefits programs, practices and legislation., • Proficient in Excel and HRIS System (Worday, Success Factors), • Fluent in English & French, • Proven ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization, • Excellent analytical and numerical skills required to analyse and prepare proposals and reports., • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, • A collaborative and team player attitude.
