Founded by voice AI experts with 10+ years in the industry (ex-CNRS research scientists), they've built the 9th most downloaded open-source model on HuggingFace with 52 million monthly downloads and over 200,000 users worldwide. After raising €8M from leading international VCs (Crane Venture Partners, Serena, and angels from HuggingFace and OpenAI), they are now scaling their enterprise platform. From meeting transcription and call center analytics to video dubbing and voice agents, they powers the next generation of voice-enabled applications across industries that depend on understanding who speaks and when. 🧵 Your role As the 2nd Account Executive, you'll be the driving force behind the commercial growth. This isn't just any role - you're a founding member of their go-to-market motion, and you will learn first-hand how to scale a go-to-market engine in one of the most exciting deep-tech startups in Europe. You'll focus on two core streams: 📈 Demand Generation • Tap into and value a unique growth engine: a community of 170,000+ open-source users, thousands of new users every month, and dozens of inbound leads from the website, HF and GitHub., • Help identify and qualify high-potential prospects, craft messaging by vertical and geography, and build repeatable campaigns that turn developer interest into qualified opportunities. You’ll also help set the foundations for future sales hires, and teach them how it’s done., • Shape and evolve our sales playbook by partnering with our RevOps to continuously improve our CRM and sales processes as our enterprise pipeline grows - using insights from the field to optimize our motion. 🚀 Driving our GTM function • Support the sales pipeline from first touch to signed deal. As you ramp up, you’ll take full ownership of your own deals — from sourcing to closing — and support our early commercial customers., • Drive expansion within existing accounts - Monitor product usage patterns, identify upsell signals, and execute account-specific growth strategies to maximize customer lifetime value., • Develop deep voice AI expertise - Become fluent in the conversational AI landscape—competitive solutions, emerging trends, customer use cases—positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the space.
