** The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative working in tandem with our Agentic AI, you’ll step in when the AI is unable to fully resolve a customer query on behalf of one of our enterprise clients.
You’ll not only provide a human touch to resolve the customer’s issue – but also investigate what went wrong, working alongside engineers and product teams to improve the AI’s performance.
This is an ideal role for someone in customer support looking to break into the world of AI and tech. No real prior experience is required – we’re just looking for someone with the right attitude. Full training provided.
