Key Responsibilities:
Handcraft a variety of pasta shapes and styles, from fettuccine to fusilli.
Experiment with fresh ingredients and bold flavors to create new pasta dishes that leave taste buds dancing.
Transform every pasta dish into a masterpiece, with plating that’s as Instagrammable as it is delicious.
Lead the pasta station with flair, ensuring everything runs smoother than a perfectly cooked rigatoni.
What We’re Looking For:
A deep, undying love for pasta in all its glorious forms.
Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen is a plus—but if you’ve been making pasta since you could reach the counter, we want to hear from you.
You work well with others and can handle the heat of the kitchen without boiling over.
Attention to detaill you know the difference between “al dente” and “overcooked” and care about every plate you send out.
