Key Responsibilities Maintenance (Main Focus): • Perform general handyman and maintenance tasks, such as minor plumbing, basic electrical work, repairs, painting, snagging, and furniture assembly., • Swiftly identify and resolve issues, escalating to the Maintenance Manager when necessary., • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure they are in top condition., • Assist with urgent maintenance issues and coordinate with contractors as directed by the Maintenance Manager., • Ensure all properties are safe, fully functional, and ready for guests.
