Credence is a fast-growing, friendly company, which has been providing bespoke background screening services to an international client base for many years. Our goal is to make sure our clients are not exposed to fraud, theft or reputation damage through poor hiring decisions.

Due to the ongoing success of the company, we are growing our team. We are looking for enthusiastic, naturally inquisitive, and well organised individuals, who, once trained, will provide this crucial fraud risk mitigation service to our clients.

As a Background Screening Analyst, you will be responsible for validating the credentials of our client’s new employees. This can include the verification of someone’s work history, academic achievements, and criminal history.

No industry experience is required, as all new staff will be put through our excellent in-training programme.

We are looking for individuals who are well-organised, able to multi-task and can work to tight deadlines. The work is office based, using our in-house IT system. We would expect you to be adept in using Microsoft programmes, such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
