Streetworks Coordinator Location:Wrotham Kent Salary: Up to £37.000 An established and growing infrastructure contractor is seeking a Streetworks Coordinator to join their Streetworks team, supporting the delivery of telecoms, infrastructure, gas and water contracts across the region. This is a key role within the business, responsible for day-to-day streetworks coordination, permit compliance, defect management and liaison with local authorities, ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly and efficiently. Streetworks CoordinatorSalary & Benefits • Salary up to £37,000, • Life insurance, • Company pension, • Free on-site parking, • Long-term, stable role within an established infrastructure business, • Exposure to a variety of utilities and infrastructure contracts, • Reporting to the Streetworks Manager,, • Managing day-to-day streetworks activities across multiple live contracts, • Reviewing and responding to Section 74 charges, FPNs and defect notices, including mitigation and resolution, • Compiling and maintaining accurate data within a central database, • Identifying recurring issues and root causes, feeding back to senior management, • Supporting weekly and monthly KPI / SLA reporting, both internal and client-facing, • Arranging parking bay suspensions, TTROs and bus stop suspensions where required, • Requesting and coordinating Traffic Management plans, • Supporting administrators with escalated queries relating to permits, traffic management, site safety and charges, • Managing defect administration and escalations in collaboration with internal teams and clients, • Liaising with Highway Authorities regarding Section 50 licences, • Jeopardy management and programme support, • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Streetworks or Streetworks Administration-focused role, • Strong understanding of NRSWA legislation, including permitting and traffic management, • Confident user of the Microsoft Office Suite, • Excellent communication and customer service skills, • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-led environment
