With a relaxed, social and accessible approach, The Broadcaster introduces an elevated offering of premium British pub food, in surroundings that celebrate local heritage.
As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef in managing the day to day kitchen operation, whilst supervising and developing the brigade. Excellent customer service is of paramount importance to Open House.
As a Sous Chef we need you to be:
Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry
1 year minimum experience at Sous Chef level
Experienced in working in highly acclaimed venues which have a reputation for great service
Commercial business acumen
Knowledge of all back of house duties including; stock takes, ordering, and team management
