A rare vacancy has become available in our service for a night time support worker. This is a lone working position so unfortunatly qualifications and experience are essential but full training and induction will be provided.

We are a small, supportive 10-bed residential mental health service providing person-centred care for adults with mental health needs. Our aim is to promote recovery, independence, and wellbeing in a safe and therapeutic environment.
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Night Support Worker to join our dedicated team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and dignity of residents throughout the night, providing reassurance and support as needed.
