We are looking for a passionate and reliable Baker to join our team at British Patagonia Bakery in Islington.
We are an artisan bakery focused mainly on high-quality pastries and viennoiserie, alongside specialty coffee and seasonal products. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in consistency, quality and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Preparing and baking pastries and viennoiserie daily
Laminating doughs and producing croissants, pain au chocolat and seasonal specials
Proofing, baking and finishing products to a high standard
Maintaining consistency, quality and presentation across all pastries
Assisting with new pastry development and seasonal menu items
Managing production schedules and daily prep
Maintaining food hygiene and cleanliness standards
