They are now aggressively scaling in Europe, investing heavily in growth, and expanding their commercial and enterprise customer base. You’d be joining a major player in cybersec, with a strong global market reputation, still in an exciting growth phase! This is an exciting time to join as they accelerate European growth, expand strategic accounts, and capitalise on market opportunities. Role Overview We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to drive growth across a portfolio of European accounts with £50k> ARR. This role will involve a focus on driving new revenue, cross/up-selling, forecasting, renewals, and driving positive customer experience. European language skills (e.g. German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch) are a huge advantage for this role! This role is ideal for a hunter-mentality professional with 2+ years of cybersecurity sales experience, looking to either grow into an AE role or transition into an enterprise AM role in the future. Responsibilities • Own and manage a portfolio of accounts (~40+ accounts) across Europe., • Develop relationships with the customer and ensure that they renew their contracts., • Drive up-sell, cross-sell, and be involved in the selling, not handing the leads to sales., • Expand accounts towards £100k+ ARR by identifying growth opportunities., • Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention., • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Sales Engineers, leadership) to develop account strategies., • Big focus on driving new revenue within a number of household names – these are enterprise-level customers, where opportunity is huge!! Ideal Profile • Experience within a Cybersecurity vendor (or a very adjacent business) is required for the role., • 2+ years’ experience in cybersecurity sales, Customer Success or Account Management., • Strong sales acumen and consultative approach., • Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment., • Cultural fit critical: coachable, adaptable, proactive., • German/French language skills a huge advantage; multi-lingual candidates preferred., • Ambitious and eager to grow into enterprise AM roles in the future., • Someone who knows they still have things to learn, but has the drive and will to do so. With a grounding in selling Cybersecurity and either experience in, or an eagerness to move into, Account Management.
