Production Operators/FLT Drivers - Waste & Recycling Facility We are currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Production Operators to join our client production team and contribute to delivering exceptional product quality, safety, and efficiency. The site focuses on recycling post-consumer plastics and producing high-quality recycled plastic granules used within sustainable manufacturing. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business committed to environmental responsibility, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. Shifts and Hours • 44 hours over 4 days per week (12 hours shifts including both days & nights), • 1 hour unpaid break, • Flexibility required during non-production weeks., • No weekends (May change as the business develops) Key Responsibilities • Assist the Production Manager in ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Product Safety, Quality, and Environmental procedures., • Operate Erema pelletizing machinery (full training provided)., • Support team members in meeting production targets and improving operational efficiency., • Proactively contribute to the development of individual and team objectives., • Promote cross-training and flexibility across the production department., • Perform duties safely and in line with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, making improvement recommendations when needed., • Immediately report any product quality or safety concerns to the Production Manager., • Complete ad-hoc duties as required by the business (subject to appropriate training).
