THE ROLE : We are looking for a highly organised, systems-driven and proactive individual to join our Core Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on creating structure, improving processes and keeping communication flowing. Working directly alongside our Founder, you will play a key role in ensuring our systems, client relationships and day-to-day operations run seamlessly. We welcome applications from candidates with backgrounds in administration, operations, project coordination, account management or other fast-paced service industries, as well as those with experience in live entertainment. While this will be the primary focus of the role, the position is varied and has the potential to grow in a number of directions over time. You will be supported in developing your knowledge of the entertainment and agency industry, including the processes and responsibilities behind delivering live entertainment. At this exciting stage of growth, we are looking for someone who will become a strong ambassador for UA Live Group and enjoy representing the company when meeting clients and helping to strengthen our online presence. Someone who enjoys structure, systems and organisation day to day, while also being excited to join the Core Team at occasional industry showcases, client meetings and live events. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinate team logistics, including booking accommodation and, flights; gathering all relevant information; updating booking systems accurately; completing artiste and client check-offs; and maintaining up-to-date talent availability., • Act as a key point of contact for our managed artistes, building trusted relationships with clear communication and supporting UA’s high standards of team culture., • Learn and follow the correct processes, standards and industry expectations involved in contracting artistes and clients., • Maintain and develop UA’s CRM and internal systems, ensuring client, artiste and booking information is accurate and organized., • Support the Founder in reviewing and improving administrative processes, identifying opportunities to create greater efficiency., • Review and process supplier and artiste invoices, checking them against bookings before preparing them for our accounts process., • Assist with the day-to-day operational running of UA Live Group., • Support and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication, timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping., • Be an active ambassador for UA Live Group, building positive relationships with industry contacts, contributing to weekly Core Team meetings and joining the Founder and wider team at occasional client meetings, showcases, industry events and live performances. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • A natural people person with a positive, engaging and respectful manner., • A highly organised person, proactive and able to bring structure, consistency and good time management to a creative business., • Someone who has a genuine interest in live entertainment and a willingness to learn how the business works., • Someone who is comfortable working with online systems and willing to learn our booking and talent management software., • Ideally someone with experience using a CRM system and maintaining client relationships., • Confidence using Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or similar business systems., • Someone who is excited to work within live entertainment industry and enjoys the variety, energy and creativity that comes with it. WORKING ARRANGEMENT : This is a hybrid role, giving you flexibility to work remotely while staying connected with the team and the business. You'll typically spend 1 to 2 days a week in the office, based Leicestershire/Warwickshire border, alongside attending meetings, client visits, showcases and industry events when needed. SALARY AND HOURS: £27,000–£32,000 full-time equivalent, depending on experience. For 20 hours per week, this equates to £13,500–£16,000 per annum, plus paid overtime where required.
