Your tasks • Maintain machinery in an orderly condition according to the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) schedule., • You’ll be working with the latest state of the art equipment, • Carry out repairs to first line production equipment utilising our extensive spares., • Collaborate with other departments and use machine downtime (OEE) data to identify and implement improvements for increased uptime, • Minimise the costs of maintenance by optimising the use of resources and implementing cost-effective solutions., • Participate in the improvements of machine operation, production process, standards and company procedures., • Engage in various project activities related to machinery upgrades, installations, and modifications., • Provide technical advice when required., • Mentoring of apprentices by sharing knowledge and best practice to develop their skills. Holiday Let Cleaners Needed – Hartshill, Nuneaton We are looking for two experienced, self-employed cleaners to help maintain our 3 holiday lets (two 1-bedroom apartments and one studio) to a consistently high standard. About the Role: Ad-hoc basis, depending on guest bookings (sometimes with as little as 2 days’ notice). Work split evenly between two cleaners, with occasional teamwork when needed. All cleaning products and equipment provided. Rate of Pay: £15 per hour, 2 hours paid per clean. Start date: Immediate. Requirements: Previous professional cleaning experience is essential (holiday lets, hotels, or similar preferred). Must be self-employed and able to invoice us for completed work (an email invoice is fine). Must have own transport to travel to and from the properties. Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently. Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering guest-ready standards. Flexible and able to respond to bookings at short notice. Typical Tasks (from our cleaning checklist): Stripping and remaking beds. Full bathroom and kitchen cleans. Dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and mopping. Checking cupboards, drawers, and appliances. Emptying bins and replacing liners. Leaving the property neat, tidy, and ready for guests.
