Role Description The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and building lasting customer relationships. This hybrid role combines office based collaboration with field visits to customers to develop new business whilst supporting our Sales Manager. • Grow existing business and maintain strong relationships, • Identify and develop new commercial accounts, • Generate self- sourced leads and manage pipeline, • Conduct market research and analyse trends, • Attend trade shows and represent the company, • Collaborate with office team and Sales Manager to improve business, • Utilize CRM system for lead tracking and reporting to generate sales, • Achieving KPIs and revenue targets Requirments • Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, • Experience in the commercial refrigeration industry (preferred), • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, • Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, • Ability to foster relationships and collaborate effectively, • Self-motivated and results-driven, • proficiency with CRM systems and reporting tools, • Full UK Driving licence What we offer • Competitive salary (£30K plus uncapped commission), • Company car, • Hybrid working model ( 2 days office, 3 days visiting customers), • Pension and comprehensive benefits package including health pland and private medical insurance, • 25 days annual leave plus annual Christmas and New Years shut down, • Opportunities for professional growth and career development Please contact for further details
