    Job Description: About the Role We are a specialist courier company handling the secure transportation of highly confidential and sensitive documents across the UK. We are looking for reliable, professional, and discreet individuals to join our growing team as Self-Employed Courier Drivers. This is not a standard parcel delivery role — discretion, punctuality, and professionalism are essential. What We Offer • £180 per day flat rate, • Van fully provided — no vehicle costs to you, • Fuel covered in full, • Flexible working arrangements, • Immediate start available, • Consistent, regular work Your Responsibilities • Collect and deliver sensitive and confidential documents safely and securely to designated recipients, • Follow strict chain-of-custody procedures at all times, • Obtain signatures and confirm delivery to the correct authorised person, • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times, • Adhere to all road traffic laws and drive safely at all times, • Report any incidents, discrepancies, or security concerns immediately to management, • Keep the provided van clean, roadworthy, and in good condition Requirements • Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years, • Full right to work in the United Kingdom (documentary proof required), • Enhanced DBS check (we will process this — must be clear), • Excellent time-keeping and reliability record, • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely, • Professional and discreet manner when dealing with clients and recipients, • Good communication skills — must be able to communicate clearly in English, • Willingness to sign a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), • No criminal convictions relating to dishonesty, fraud, or breach of trust Desirable (Not Essential) • Previous experience in a secure courier, document handling, or logistics role, • Familiarity with chain-of-custody or proof-of-delivery procedures, • First aid trained Working Pattern • Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend availability desirable), • Full-time basis — consistent daily routes, • Early starts may be required depending on route allocation Important Notice Due to the sensitive and confidential nature of the documents being handled, all successful candidates will be subject to a full background check, identity verification, and right-to-work check before commencing employment.
