Assistant Accountant | Outskirts of Tonbridge (Hybrid 3 + 2) | Paying up to £45k DOE We are recruiting exclusively on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join a growing finance team. Key Responsibilities • Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports for senior stakeholders and management., • Maintain prepayments, accruals, fixed assets and supporting reconciliations., • Support VAT returns and statutory compliance requirements., • Process payroll submissions, statutory filings and related reconciliations., • Manage supplier invoices, payments and account reconciliations., • Provide support across accounts receivable and accounts payable functions when required., • Assist with annual audit preparation and external reporting requirements., • Contribute to finance system enhancements and process improvement initiatives., • Support ongoing ERP and finance transformation projects.
