Training provided as necessary. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years Room leading experience or nursery deputy management role. A qualification in Early Years/Childcare at Level 3 and above is essential. Safeguarding lead experience is desired. SENCO experience is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
