    Location: India & Europe (Frequent International Travel) Industry: Film / Media / Creative Production Employment Type: Full-Time | Project-Based (with long-term potential) About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Personal Assistant to support an Indian film director actively working on projects across UK and Europe. This is a rare opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to gain first-hand exposure to international film production, creative environments, and global travel. The role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate confidently in fast-paced, high-pressure creative settings. Role Description The PA & Fundraiser will be responsible for providing executive and administrative support, managing diaries, coordinating schedules, and assisting with clerical tasks. As part of the role, the individual will also contribute to the development and execution of fundraising plans, build relationships with potential donors, and support event organisation. The role will involve close collaboration with the CEO and other team members to align activities with RBK London’s mission.
