As a manager you will be working closely with the area manager, directors and owners of the business. So, in this role you will not only bring your own expertise and ideas to grow the business but will also work alongside and learn from the best professionals who run fitness companies internationally. This is a varied role and does require a great multitasker with very strong time management skills to be in charge of operations, staff, sales, monthly targets, etc. You will be responsible for your set club, including team management, sales and operations. About you You have at least 2 years experience at managerial level Sales experience is a must You can confidently multitask and work under pressure You have exceptional attention to detail and will ensure the clubs are in perfect condition You have excellent communication skills and have a friendly yet professional manner with both members and staff, being the first point of contact and the face of our brand You have strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams, including hiring and training of new staff members to our high standards You have good knowledge of Excel and experience with managing budgets and creating reports You have strong focus on sales targets and have a track record for achieving monthly targets and KPIs You have a creative eye and experience in assisting with marketing campaigns and digital platforms You have a positive approach to every task at hand and you strive to inspire your team and give them all the required support to keep our clubs thriving.
