The earliest shifts start at 9am and the latest shifts end by 11:30pm. THE ROLE: You will be handling very busy, quick paced services in a small space. Our preparation is meticulous, ingredients are high quality and every bun that leaves the kitchen is perfectly put together. We are a small team and you will be trained to work in all areas - kitchen, front of house, food preparation and service. Learning all about our buns and how to prepare and fill them neatly and quickly. Every bun that leaves our kitchen must be beautiful and put together perfectly. HOW MUCH? The starting hourly rate is £12 per hour + profit share bonus. This rate increases with training.

Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality food is maintained and enriched. Responsible for training and coaching junior members of the chef team. Manage the day-to-day production needs from an assigned station. Job-Related Skills/Requirements 1-2 years in a similar position ideally at multi-rosette and/or Michelin star level. Ability to perform all essential duties during a lengthy, high-volume, and high-pressure service. Superb attention to detail and driven by delivering exceptional standards. Prepare food items according to established recipes and menus; utilise various kitchen utensils and equipment safely and efficiently. Keep production to the level required. Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment throughout the shift by the restaurant standards.
