Type: Full‑time, permanent Start: Immediate We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious General Manager to take the lead at a high‑performing country pub with rooms located just outside Ashford, Kent. This business combines premium dining, boutique accommodation and a growing events opportunity which makes it one of the area’s most desirable hospitality destinations. Weekly sales are strong and consistent, driven by a mix of locals, destination diners, and overnight guests. The business benefits from a large garden and outdoor service area, a modern food offer, and a loyal, well‑trained team.
