You diligently maintain Food Hygiene standards, Health & Safety standards, and ensure proper food safety standards in the kitchen by implementing and following our policies and procedures, labelling, rotation, and cleaning routines, amongst others. You ensure that you keep refrigeration and freezers organised, ensure all food and other items are stored properly, and regularly deep clean equipment.
