About the Role We are seeking a capable and driven Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in consulting, public affairs, policy, or economics, who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You will be the day-to-day point of contact on high-stakes negotiations and strategic projects, ensuring momentum, clarity, and quality across deliverables. You’ll contribute analytical insight, policy expertise, and strategic input while managing coordination across advisors and clients. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Project Leadership • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients on active projects., • Lead meeting orchestration: prepare agendas, capture minutes, track actions, and maintain risk logs., • Support proposal development and pitch preparation., • Conduct market and stakeholder research to inform outreach., • Coordinate across internal and external advisors, tracking progress and dependencies., • Maintain high standards of quality control on all outputs., • Draft decks, briefs, and strategic documents tailored to client needs., • Contribute to policy analysis, quantitative modelling, and sector-specific research., • Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested to support the effective operation of the business., • The role may require occasional travel within the UK and internationally to support client engagements, stakeholder meetings, and project delivery. Person Specification Essential • 3–5 years post-graduate experience in consulting, public affairs, policy, economics, or quantitative analysis - bringing a solid foundation of professional expertise that enables you to quickly understand complex issues, contribute credible insights, and add value from day one., • Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity - ensuring discussions are productive, decisions are well-informed, and relationships are strengthened through trust and authority., • Demonstrated track record of leading workstreams and “owning the room” in client-facing settings - showing you can take responsibility for delivery, guide conversations, and maintain momentum in high-pressure, multi-stakeholder environments., • Strong written and oral communication - producing outputs that are clear, persuasive, and tailored to diverse audiences, while also ensuring meetings, briefings, and negotiations are conducted with precision and impact., • Structured thinking, highly organised and demonstrable problem-solving - breaking down complex challenges into manageable components, identifying practical solutions, and helping clients and colleagues navigate ambiguity with confidence., • High attention to detail and follow-through - safeguarding the quality and accuracy of deliverables, ensuring commitments are met, and building a reputation for reliability and excellence., • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven team - contributing proactively when working solo, while also thriving in a collaborative environment where collective effort drives meaningful outcomes., • Proficient in Microsoft 365 - leveraging tools such as Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint to deliver high-quality analysis, presentations, and project coordination that support both client delivery and internal efficiency. Role offer • Permanent, • Base salary in the range of £50,000-60,000 depending on experience, • 25 days annual leave per year (pro rata), • Pension contributions, • Hybrid working, with at least two days per week from our office in Elephant & Castle
