Our client is a dynamic, fast-growing FMCG manufacturer looking for a motivated and detail-driven Account Manager to take ownership of their most important client relationship. This is a central role in a small, ambitious business - one where your contribution will be visible, valued, and impactful from day one. You will be the primary day-to-day contact for their key account - the trusted, reliable person who keeps things moving, spots issues before they arise, and ensures the client always feels well looked after. As Account Manager, you will be the operational heartbeat of our client's key client partnership, managing day-to-day activity, supporting their growth plans, and coordinating new product launches from brief through to delivery. You will work closely with their Head of Account Management on commercial strategy and account reviews, with real scope to take on greater responsibility as you develop in the role. • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for our client's key account, building a trusted, responsive, and long-term relationship with the client., • Support the client's growth plans - staying close to their objectives and ensuring our client is always well-positioned to deliver against them., • Coordinate new product development and launch projects, working with the client and our client's internal teams to keep timelines, details, and actions on track., • Manage the order process with care and precision, flagging issues early and ensuring commitments are met consistently., • Work closely with production and operational teams to ensure seamless service, on-time delivery, and high standards at every touchpoint., • Participate in regular account reviews alongside the Head of Account Management, contributing to performance reporting and forward planning., • Maintain accurate records of account activity, project status, and client correspondence to ensure full visibility across the business., • Act as a reliable internal advocate for the client, keeping colleagues informed and priorities clearly communicated., • Experience in an account management or client-facing role, ideally within FMCG, beauty, or a related sector., • Keen attention to detail - you take pride in accuracy, follow things through, and notice what others miss., • Plenty of initiative - you are proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable taking ownership of your work., • Strong relationship-building skills - warm, professional, and able to influence and engage with clients and internal teams alike., • Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities without losing sight of the detail., • A collaborative team player who is eager to learn and grow within a supportive, fast-paced environment., • Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel; Experience with a CRM system is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
