For our digital & media division, we are looking for brilliant candidates that are enthusiastic about digital marketing to join our media team in our London office as a Media Manager to be a part of this exciting growth phase. The Role As a Media Manager, you’ll manage and optimize international campaigns across Search and Social channels for clients in diverse industries. You’ll work closely with Senior Media Managers and the Media Director on onboarding new clients, building strategies, and driving measurable results. What You’ll Do Campaign Planning & Execution · Lead the planning, activation, and delivery of Paid Search, Social, and Programmatic campaigns aligned with client objectives. · Participate in strategic and creative planning sessions, contributing ideas and supporting wider team initiatives. · Work with the broader team to deliver integrated, cross-channel plans that drive strong client results. Performance Management & Optimisation · Stay on top of campaign performance, conducting regular analysis and optimisation. · Provide insight-driven recommendations based on market conditions and campaign data. · Assess data to guide performance-based decisions and continuous campaign improvement. · Support the Account Director by overseeing weekly/daily QA checks to maintain accuracy in execution and reporting. Client & Stakeholder Management · Build strong client relationships and communicate campaign progress clearly. · Provide technical guidance and respond effectively to internal and external queries. · Collaborate with agency stakeholders and clients to ensure strategy alignment and delivery. Quality Assurance & Operational Excellence · Ensure adherence to financial processes, deadlines, and accuracy standards across all work. · Maintain high-quality service levels across digital platforms through effective teamwork and process management. Industry Awareness & Knowledge Sharing · Keep up to date with industry trends and platform developments. · Share relevant updates and insights with team members and clients to support ongoing learning. The Ideal Candidate Paid Media Expertise · Minimum 5 years’ experience in Paid Media, ideally across both Paid Search and Social. · Experience working on medium-to-large budgets and accounts. · Proven background in hands-on campaign management, implementation, and strategic planning. · Experience managing or coordinating junior team members. · Strong understanding of Excel functions (e.g., Pivot Tables, IF/SUMIF, Concatenate, VLOOKUP). Analytical & Performance-Driven Skills · Results-focused with a strong analytical mindset. · Demonstrated success in delivering strong campaign outcomes. · Skilled in data analysis and interpretation to inform media strategy. · Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. Client & Stakeholder Communication · Excellent communication and presentation abilities. · Able to clearly educate clients on new performance approaches and revenue models. · Confident managing client relationships in a fast-moving environment. Organisation & Workstyle · High attention to detail and accuracy. · Strong organisational and time-management skills. · Comfortable multitasking and meeting deadlines under pressure. Languages & Eligibility · Fluency in English required. · A second European language (e.g., French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian) is highly desirable. · Must have a valid permit to live and work in the UK.
