Sous Chef Premium Italian Restaurant London We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to join this fabulous, authentic Italian restaurant in the heart of Soho. As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the senior kitchen team preparing classic Italian dishes using fresh, premium ingredients, while helping to create memorable dining experiences for every guest. You will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards across the kitchen in a fast-paced, high-quality environment. The Person The ideal Sous Chef will have the following: Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sous Chef A genuine love of Italian food previous Italian cooking experience is a big plus Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks Experience supporting, training, and developing Chef de Parties Fresh food background essential Confidence using Microsoft Excel and good overall computer literacy Motivated, driven, hardworking, and reliable A true passion for Italian cuisine Experience within premium, high-end restaurant environments If you are an experienced Sous Chef looking for a new and exciting role, apply today!
